Is it just me, or does Alltel only offer crappy phones for use with their service? I have been with Alltel about two years now.. I'm a few months shy of my upgrade. Since my husband and I have had Alltel, we've been through about 5 phones apiece. We've NEVER had to switch phones as often as we have through them. Something is always breaking, usually it's charger ports, or whatever. Different models and makes of phones, not just the same ones over and over. Recently I sent back my LG I'd had for less than 3 months for warranty repair and I just got it back in the mail today. So now I am stuck, again, for the fifth time, with an Alltel phone that doesn't work, with no help from Alltel. I've had it, honestly. I'm sick of paying these deductions-we are out of insurance this year already anyway!-and I am tired of paying for phones off ebay or from other people since we can't afford to pay the full $200+ for brand new phones. I am close to just telling them to fuck off and getting new phones elsewhere. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just us?? |
