Problems with Ventones and Alltel LG Scoop?

I purchased the phone a year ago and after doing a little research I found Ventones. Ventones ringtones worked on my phone and after downloading quite a few ringtones, I didn't need anymore. I had to replace my phone this week and I found that Ventones ringtones don't work on my new phone (still a LG Scoop). The ones I had already uploaded don't work and uploading new ones doesn't work.

Any suggestions?
