What Alltel-Carried Cell Phones do not support Picture Messaging?

My son wants texting and we have Alltel as our carrier. Right now I have it blocked on his Razr, but I'm thinking about getting it for him as long as I can have the picture messaging still blocked. I called Alltel and they said they can't block picture messages without blocking all texts. But I may get him a new phone, so does anyone know of an Alltel phone that doesn't support picture messaging? Thanks.
