What is the best Alltel phone to buy?

I'm in need of a new phone from Alltel. I can't have a smart phone, so no black berries or samsung delves or others. What would you say is the best phone to purchess? I need it to last for at least 2 years, and be able to take pictures and videos. Thanks!
