Cell Phone Plans with Verizon and Alltel?

Hi I am currently an Alltel customer. I was wondering if alltel and Verizon (NYSE: VZ) have free calling. AND FREE TEXTING to each other. if anyone know please reply soon. i may be running up a bill.

and if you know then can you show me proof. like a link at which you found it out.? please? that would be extremely appreciated!
