How will my services change with my Alltel services being changed to Atlantic

Tele-Network? I'm in one of the markets that is not going to Verizon (NYSE: VZ) or ATT. I've looked at the website for Atlantic Tele-Network, and they do not have any information about the merger or how services will be changed or affected or what services they will offer. Does anyone know what will be affected?
