...still get smart phone? So we added my sister to our plan at a different time we did. And she got a smart phone, which means we are paying for the smart phone plan. I have had my phone about a year, but should i be able to upgrade my phone to a smart phone for a decent price? or do i still have to wait another year? This is Alltel we are talking about here...
