how do i connect a moto q to an alltel prepaid plan?

i have the pay-per-day prepaid plan by alltel with free texting. i desperately need a new phone, and i really don't need a new number. a moto q is the cheapest and best one i can find on ebay. please help me connect it to my prepaid plan.
