is the alltel prepaid plan stopping since version bought them out?

i had the prepaid plan that is 75 cent a day

i have nights and weeked and free text
will my plan stop because version bought them out ?
and can i get free music for my phone ??
the thing is i cant get pics so does that mean i cant download music to it
