Default Alltel plan, verizon phone.?
I have an alltel plan, and my friend just switched to Sprint (NYSE: S) and gave me her LG voyager from Verizon.

Therefore, can i use that phone on my plan since they're both CDMA phones?

And if i can, how do i get it changed?

Because there isnt an Alltel store around me, only verizon. Therefore can i call Alltel, or stop at a Verizon (NYSE: VZ) store?

good news, theres no long an alltel company. Verizon (NYSE: VZ) bought alltel out. go to a verizon store and they will help you activate the phone. or just call 611 and follow the steps and you can activate it yourself
