ALLTEL QUESTION PREPAD U PLAN THING Please help?

I got one of those pay by minute things, and my minutes expired. I bought a $15 card, and when I tried to activate it, the thing said that it didn't recognize my phone #. So I think I have to make a new account, but I don't want to go out of my house to get a new everything,I just want start up my phone again!!!

call the company, or call the number on the card, or on the receipt from where you bought the card from (very bottom) most prepaid providers make it so you can send in the card number over the phone, this never worked whenever i would try to activate my friends so i would have to call the number. And if it won't activate, you might have waited to long to "top-up" the phone, and it has deactivated itself. You Don't have to buy a new prepaid phone, just take it back to wherever you bought it, and have them reactivate it for you. Hope this helps. and good luck.

Go to alltels website and they have a number you can call to get your phone reactivated.
