With Alltel's My Circle plan, are incoming calls from people in your circle free?

 With Alltel's My Circle plan, are incoming calls from people in your circle free? I know you can call your circle for free, but does it count against your minutes when they call you? Or do you just have to hang up on them, and then call back to get the minutes free?  |

| It works like traditional m2m calls, incoming and outbound are covered. |
