Default Alltel changed my text message service without telling me...?
So I didn't have text messaging for a few years. Then, in January of this year, I had my phone turned on to unlimited text messaging. About a month a go I received a text message from Alltel saying that there had been a billing error, but I didn't think anything of it. Now, apparently, they have turned me off of my unlimited text messaging without informing me and I have a $360 bill to pay. Is this legal? Should I be able to go into the alltel store and have this taken off, since I never cancelled the unlimited service? My bills are all up to date and have been. Thanks.

It probably just a mistake. You should be able to go up there and talk to them. I have dealt with them many times and have come to learn that they are stubborn when it come to thing like this. But I'm sure they will compromise.
