 Can I use any alltel phone on a new prepaid service? I was thinking about getting another used alltel phone from someone that they dont use anymore and I was wondering if I could activate a new prepaid plan with alltel and use the used phone. Will I get charged with an activation fee or anything? And how could I activate a used phone from Alltel to a new service or ETC?  |
