I'm getting this plan soon, my cousin has this plan and I asked her but she said she didn't know.

Forget Alltel all together and get AT&T. so you can get the iPhone 3G.

seriously,
out of a group of 1000 people, the percentage of someone having an alltell phone is 2 % and at&t phones is about 60%
