Is it possible to unlock an alltel cell phone to work with AT&T go phone service?

I have an old samsung alltel phone that I want to use with my at&t go phone plan and was not sure if that was possible?

Contact the customer service. They should know.

There is no way. AT&T uses a different technology called GSM, which is incompatible with the CDMA technology that the Samsung phone uses with Alltel.

Usually, there are very inexpensive Go Phones available at Walmart if you are looking for a replacement phone to put on the account.
