How do you transfer music from an Android G1 phone to windows media player?

Okay... well i got all my stuff on my phone and i wanted to get my music and stuff onto my windows media player... i did it before but now i can't figure out how to do it... i'm confused... i tried Google (NSDQ: GOOG) but all it says is getting music from your computer to your phone and i want it the other way around... ugh... i forget...

Plug it in, open your phone folder and click on music and in that file copy and paste the songs in/out of your phone. or in the folder on your phone just double click the song to play it. the software for your phone should install automatically when you plug it in.
