ive forgot my pattern code on my t-mobile pulse (HUAWEI U8220) android phone! help?

i forgot my pattern code so i clicked forgot pattern at the bottom and now its stuck on type in Google (NSDQ: GOOG) account to unlock?

but in don't have a google account...so i created one and it still doesn't work.
does anyone have any ideas or know how to reset the phone?
