How do you put your paid apps back on your iPhone after you restore it?

I had an issue with my iPhone and had to restore it, but now all my apps are on my iTunes but won't go back on my iPhone.
Does anyone know who to fix this?
I hope I didn't lose all that money I spent on my apps...
