Add iPhone line to current family plan?

Currently I am on a Sprint (NYSE: S) plan but my Mom Brother and Sister are on ATT family Plan 1400 min unlimited text. I would like to get the new iPhone but i have a few questions.

1. On July 11 can I go in the ATT store and buy an iPhone for the 199 price or will I have to pay more

2. When I buy the phone will I be able to put it on the existing Family Plan that my Mom Brother and Sister are on + the 30.00 data

if there's an existing plan then you pay 199 plus tax
