Can I buy and Iphone with the plan then cancel by paying the termination fee

within 2 days of buying it? I'm willing to pay the high termination fee, but can i buy the phone then cancel it within 2 days.? i hear that you need to wait a while or you have to return the phone.. but i heard from people that you dont have to.

Unless you buy the phone at some discounted service agreement plan, then they very well may expect the phone back

You have to return the phone if its during the first two weeks and your contract is cancelled. However, then you don't have to pay a cancellation fee. After two weeks, you're stuck in the contract and have to pay the cancellation fee. Some providers in certain countries own the phone for the first 6 mos or so, so just make sure you read the contract before you sign off on it.
