...comes out if still under contract Lets say I buy it when it comes out. I am locked into the 2 yr contract. If the 2nd gen iPhone comes out before my contract is up can I still get the new version and just extend my contract?

While it's not yet announced.... AT&T has changed it's tune for upgrading to iPhones.

ANYONE can upgrade to an iPhone at any time.

Does that mean yes.... I think so!
