I am sorry that I can't answer some of the question because I live in Brunei and there's no AT&T there...

Okay then for number 1....
= Internet 1st....Okay, if you are using wifi so no charges to go online....If you are using 3G, charges may apply....
Extra Features such as App Store and iTunes Store when you access to it with wifi so no charges...when you access to it by 3G so charges apply...But if you buy song or applicatons, it won't go to your phone bill but direct to your mastercard(if you have one), or Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) GiftCard...


For number 2 is simple....

=If you plan to buy phone go for the iPhone....If you don't plan any, go for the iTouch.....

A: If your a girl you might like the Pink RAZR but im not sure what your into cuz i dont know you... NO PHONE COMES WITH A FREE INTERNET CONNECTION unless it can connect to a WIFI network.
