How can i re -apply incipio's screen protector(film) for iphone 3g? ?

first time i put it on the screen i was careless and i got my finger print and dust on the sticky part of the protector (film) how do i make it close to being new? is there a way to clean the sticky part? i just got iPhone and it looks dirty with all the air bubbles.
