iPhone 3g GelaSkin and screen protector?

I want to get a protector for teh back of my iphone ans was thinking about hte gelas skin. I wanted to know if i decide to buy and tehn later want to take it off will the back of my iphone be sticky? As would happen with stickers

I am aslo looking fo a screen protector for the front of the iphone. which would be best
