How to transfer songs from pc to phone over Bluetooth?

Okay i have an Instinct S30 from sprint, I don't know how to use bluetooth at all and I don't know how to turn on a computer's bluetooth, and i need to put songs on my phone and i lost my usb cord for my phone.
