Can a boost mobile phone store not give me a refund for a phone I just...

...recently bought? I'm outraged because I recently bought a phone from this Boost Mobile store, I had it for a few weeks and decided I'd rather save up to get another type of phone. When I went back to the store they put up a sign that said no refunds, but I ask, can they really do this? If not, who should I talk to to get my money back.
