Default how do i text my friends mobile phone in china while hes there from england ?
ok friend gone to visit china, has text me but i cant text back.. have tried calling number on land line too but wont let me do that either ! do i need a code or something

You have to contact your phone line provider to activate it or your friend must subscribe to his roaming phone number from his phone line provider for you to send messages or call him.
