PHONE sidekick lx, download catalog?

i have the tony hawk version

i just got it n its prepaid

i put in a 10$ in

i go to download catalog and it says fetching catalog and that blue lines goes across and across and it doesn't load up

its been doing that for over an hour

what do i do?
