 can i get in trouble for using a sidekick 3 with a Cingular phone plan? if i can crack the sidekick 3, [not using the internet or anything, just using it for text messaging and as a regular phone] can i get caught or in trouble if i use it with my cingular phone plan  |

| no.... i dont think. tons of people unlock it. 1. unlock it 2. put sim card in 3. ENJOY! NOTE - U CAN NOT USE AIM,--------- ONLY TEXTING AND PHONE , NO TZONES!!!!!! |
