...one year waranty? ive had the phone since last september and i still have the one year waranty on it! but i have noticable cosmetic damage on the phone droped it a few times but noo water damage
or i can buy the screen off ebay for 40$ soo im wounderin which is best or buy a new phone i really want a BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) Curve soo i dunoo HELP

Try to contact warranty first. See if you can get the phone fixed by warranty or get another phone. If they say no, then get a screen off of ebay.
