Does anyone know where I could unlock SHARP SH-03A on DOCOMO ?

I have a SHARP SH-03A on DOCOMO. I used to use HYPER SIM adapter to unlock and used it on 02 network(UK). it was fine for couple weeks then the network suddenly got very unstable. So, I contacted the HYPER SIM office in Taiwan to exchange to a new one. New one didn't work as well. was very unstable.

If anyone knows any shop online or off line could unlock fully totally my SH-03A I would be very very grateful!
