Which is the best "back up" prepaid mobile phone TracFone or Net 10 Wireless?

 Which is the best "back up" prepaid mobile phone TracFone or Net 10 Wireless? I have a contract with Alltel, but I want an extra phone carrier (prepaid only) as a "back up" phone. If neither of the above is appropriate, offer me up a recommendation. AlltelU pay by day is great, albeit it charges you a daily fee even when you don't use the phone for the best offers (its pay per minute is merely fifteen cent) but lets stick with another prepaid carrier.
