Do you mean you want to tether your phone as a modem? All mobile phone manufacturers like Nokia, SE, Samsung, have their own CD discs that would allow you to sync your phone with your pc and use the former as a modem. If you just want internet on your mobile phone, you have to have a data plan with your wireless carrier.
