| I changed my calling plan, no new phones or anything, and now the company tells me that extended my contract for two years. I did not sign anything when I changed my plan. Can they do this? |

| it might say somewhere that when you change your plan you automaticallly agree to extending your contract |

| I would read your contract. Usually they have a copy of it online. They cannot make any contract changes without your permission. |

| Companies extend your contract one year if you change your plan. Some companies give you some flexibility at the first part of your contract to change your plan without a contract extension. Each company has different rules. I do not think they renew for 2 years. |
