plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am using Motorola (NYSE: MOT) silver L9 phone.i have installed the driver cd in my comp.but i can't transfer my photos from phone to pc by data cable.what to do??the file is of 3gp type.do i need any converter?in my pc i have windows media player and in VLC player .............i just can't load my pictures and videos......what should i do?????
