I bought a ringtone from my phone's internet and now it says that I don't have any

On the internet the ringtone is under "my downloads", but on my phone the ringtone is not in the ...

 I bought a ringtone from my phone's internet and now it says that I don't have any ringtones!? On the internet the ringtone is under "my downloads", but on my phone the ringtone is not in the "ringer folder". What did I do wrong? My phone is the Sanyo (OTCPK: SANYY) Katana if that helps.  |
