i have Motorola (NYSE: MOT) l6 phone and i have a picture whihc i want to download form the cellphone,,i have the cord, but each time i plug it into the computer it sayd it does not have the software of that,,do i have to download a special software to get the job done and where should i get it...thanks

There are several places to buy the software you'd need including any cellphone accessory store, cost is about 29.00 but I would just send that pix as a pix message to your email address instead, then copy it to your computer straight out of your email. Cost is only about .25 if you don't already have a pix and text plan.
