ok, i got my BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) today. i am happy. the only thing that annoyed me were the ppl that work there, can u believe that they opened da last curve they got cause they wanted to check out the features n she left her sim in there. so i had to drive back n get a new sim. was that right of them? to open the phone n look through it? the other thing that bug me was that before i got the phone, i called in to check if it can be unlocked then this guy said it cant, then he said it can they cant unlock it. when i got there, the same guy said that they can unlock for me if i wanted to. now im just all confused!!! can the curve really be unlock? or what im planning now is to return the phone and just to the other cingular store n get the same phone ALL NEW NEVER BEEN OPENED. plz try n answer all of my ?s if u can, im sry if its alot. im just really worried. oh n they said that theres no warranty n da guy said i can by a car insurrance, if hes right. what car insurrance? thanks!

well...no its not right for her to look at the features in ur phone...if i were u...i would get her name and then go to the manager at the store and tell him/her about it.
