Cheap cell phone plan....?

Okay, i need a really cheap cell phone plan but i only have literally 10 dollars a month to spend on it.
This is what I need:
-not many minutes at all (like if there's more available that's fine too, but i don't HAVE to have a lot of minutes)
-many many texts (300ish or more or unlimited)


I don't care how much the actual phone is though. but the overall price of everything in the plan has to be $10 cause I seriously don't have more than that to spend on it and it can't be a family plan

I don't remember it's T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) or Sprint. It offers $19.99 per month for $60 mins peak time. I don't think you can get a plan for less than $10 per month. Maybe you want to try prepaid phone instead. You may also want to just go to the store or online to see if they have plans for only "texts".

O2 are my favorite operator and would always look to them first, however, the best deal I could find came from T-Mobile.

It was their cheapest "Flext" option which gives you a monthly allowance of £34 to spend on calls and text - that costs you £20 PM

I had to add to that the optional £7.50 per month for the unlimited web browsing

So there you go, £27.50 per moth, 18 months - true unlimited web browsing
