Inform you service supplier. Had similar trouble with a company phoning me. Supplier blocked their calls.

You can only block callers on a land lines, not on cell phones. You can check with your supplier but I'm pretty sure the answer will be no.

What is your mobile model? I download iMobiletool Incoming Calls Blocker for my windows mobile. It helps me to block those unwanted incoming calls. It works well for me.
