They are not many plans that offer unlimited minutes.
Amp'd Mobile gives Unlimited minutes for $119.00/month.

I will warn you, however, that I have heard their customer service is not good.

store is commission driven and they will sock you for all the things you do not need.
then where do you live find the company with the best signal and from there begin to check the prices.
there is no such a thing as unlimited minutes, so you will pay for your useage.

O2 are my favorite operator and would always look to them first, however, the best deal I could find came from T-Mobile.

It was their cheapest "Flext" option which gives you a monthly allowance of £34 to spend on calls and text - that costs you £20 PM

I had to add to that the optional £7.50 per month for the unlimited web browsing

So there you go, £27.50 per moth, 18 months - true unlimited web browsing
