Default What is the best Blackberry/Smartphone for everyday use?

I am planning on buying one of these but I have limited knowloedge as to how easy they are to use, what they are like, etc. I would mostly be using it for texting, going online and phone calls. I'd like it to be durable and somewhat idiot proof. I was thinking either the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) Storm or the Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Treo Pro but I don't know much about them and any other forum I look at seems to just be people raging against their cell companies and the coverage... any helo would be appreciated!

The BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) Curve, it is very basic, easy to get to know. Anyone could figure it all out in a day or two. It is also cheap. Its really reliable too. Great phone. Hope this Helps!

Blackberry software, while it varies in looks, pretty much works the same on any phone. A BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) is a blackberry, and one is not really going to be any easier to use than the other. With that said, some of the differences between blackberries are specs like Camera, software version (once again, functions are still the same), memory, global or not, method of texting, etc. I'd say the curve has the easiest texting...something about the feel of the buttons. If you like touch screens then the Storm is great, but sometimes not as fast as other blackberries because the touch interface seems to slow it down sometimes.
