Probably at your carriers website would be the best place to go. Or maybe radio shack that's where I would buy a BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) because those are the safest places.

From Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Wireless , but if you are now with them and/or don't want to or plan to switch, then in the very least it is highly recommended to buy your phones and services straight from the carrier. Sometimes their prices aren't better, but there will be no hidden fees or terms and conditions or anything that a 3rd party retailer gets to impose. If you Must purchase from one of these 3rd parties, make it somewhere reputable like Walmart or Best Buy.
