Default I am wondering what a smartphone is? and what is the best? my provider is Alltel.?
I know nothing about smartphones, except you can access the internet for free ( I think). I have alltel and I am looking for a new phone. If possible could someone give me information on what is the best phone for me out there? I really dont want to spend alot of money.
