Is it possible to tether the Helio Ocean 2?

I don't own one, i think they're crap. So don't give me shit for that. Is it possible to tether it either using bluetooth or the usb connection, legitimately or not? Backports and firmware flashes and sudo hacks are all acceptable, don't hold back. Stupid proprietary phones, the whole system is set up so wrong.
