where can i buy a helio ocean 2?

i need to buy one quick!
i would really prefer to buy i tfrom ebay or some site like that where i can buy it without a contract!
please do not refer me to Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) website those require contracts
if you know of any way to buy tje phone then cancell the contract or something like that your answer is also welcome
