People who have Helio Ocean?

I had too many txts in my inbox so it wouldn't let me send out a text because it had too much memory, so i deleted everything in my trash. now my trash is empty and it won't let me delete messages frm my inbox. it just says 'oops there are too many messages in your inbox. please delete some files to make more room' WHICH IS WHAT IM TRYING TO DO. plz help?
