If you have helio service & live around the East TN area, plz advise me of

how good service is? I now have AT&T. I barely talk, I mostly text. I pay almost $80.00 every month. I found out that we have helio service in the area. The closest store is in the next city & the next closest is the next city. I know no one around here that has the service or has even spoken of it. I've seen the commercials & thought I'd look into it. I've read other posts about helio & read awesome reviews. But my boyfriend thinks I'm crazy if I cancel my long standing cell w/AT&T (Cingular), for a company thats pretty new, that we've not heard of anyone having around here. Could I be making a mistake or could I be one of the first in my area (that I'm aware of) to start on this excellent service? I want the Ocean phone. I've done the reasearch. I just need to know if anyone around the East TN area knows how well the service actually works around heree (like I said, it says it's in my area, but I know no one w/it). Thanks!

I am from Memphis and love the service. Works anywhere I go even through Nashville, Knoxville and Chatanooga. This is a company running off of Sprints network if I remember right and anywhere a Sprint (NYSE: S) would work this should too.
