Unfortunately not, sorry. Even though they have merged, they still run separate devices and plans. However, you can get it free at my website (www.heliobyvirgin.com) . They are also new, not refurbished.

I have the same problem now. I'm with Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) and they have the best (and cheapest plans available!)! I plan to buy a Helio Ocean have it flashed for Virgin Mobile service. I just found out about unlocktotalk.com today. I'm going to go in to a local cell phone "flashing" (reprogramming) store to have mine reprogrammed. I may buy a Helio Ocean or I may buy a Blackberry. But whatever the phone, I'm going to have it reprogrammed to use with Virgin Mobile.

Everybody reprogramms GSM phones, but it's extra hard to find any techs competent (or confident) enough to reprogram CDMA cell phones. Well, I think I've found them today!!! (www.unlocktotalk.com/CDMAReprogramming.htm)

Oh, by the way, they sell these already unlocked on ebay by the hundreds. If you're attached to the one you have, you can find a cell phone store that will unlock it for you by visiting unlocktotalk.com to find a local store or send it in to unlocktotalk.com. They have a CDMA unlock mail-in service if there is not a local cell phone "flashing" store which provides this service in your area that can reprogram your phone to work with the new CDMA service of your choice. I suggest you log on to www.unlocktotalk.com to get details. It only costs about $20 and it is 100% legal. They openly advertise that they can unlock CDMA cell phones (or GSM-in a separate section of their website- if you need them to.)
